| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
- Entrance road tarmac and block paving to be retained, bollards added adjacent to entrance road, entrance gate relocated, kerb added to used car display, key clamp protection added (near the 7 customer parking bays) and bollards at site exit removed and replaced by gate and removable barrier hoops.
- Changing the materials to the existing building, new workshop and valet building.
- No silver horizontal Kingspan KS1000MR Micro-rib to North and East elevations, these elevations are to remain as existing, cladding and new silver secure sectional door to the dry valet bay, removing and altering some windows of the existing building, curtain wall and brise soleil minor revision and M&E grills on cladding shown on West elevation.
-Roof lights shown to workshop & valet bays, reducing the length and width of the showroom and reducing the length of the valet building. |
