| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment is deemed to be accepted:
1. Provision of Juliet balcony further to internal alterations.
2. Provision of roof light in roof of first floor rear extension.
3. Deletion of patio doors under proposed Juliet balcony with new window being provided.
4. Design of remaining patio door on rear elevation to be altered. |
