1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Change of external finish of the approved side elevation from render to buff facing brick, alterations to fenestration on the rear extension and an additional roof lantern as shown on drawing Nos. AMENDED/HD/RM3 OUB/PROP-ELEVATION; AMENDED/HD/RM3 OUB/PROP-GROUND; AMENDED/HD/RM3 OUB/PROP-ROOF.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items as shown on the above drawing number and as described above and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0677.19.
