| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1585.22 dated 16/01/2024 to allow for increasing the hours of operation of the restaurant / cafÃ?© operation beyond 11pm or before 7am with respect to staff activities (cleaning, tidying, disposing waste, or coming and goings) would be considered to have a material impact upon the amenities of the noise sensitive uses and cannot be regarded as a minor amendment.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
