The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. - Marginal changes to line of external envelope - Marginal changes to position and size of external windows and doors - Rooflights omitted - Internal changes to 5 residential units - Changes to podium garden layout and landscaping - Addition of roof ladder -- alteration to the entrance door and bin cycle store
2. The applicant is also informed that, not all conditions with respect to the approved scheme have been discharged. The applicant is strongly encouraged to seek to discharge all conditions, in particular any pre commencement condition, or else such conditions might be considered to go to the heart of the permission, and a true 'condition precedent' meaning that failure to comply with them could render the entire permission considered unlawful, resulting in fresh application to be required.
