| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1) The removal of 3 No. solar tubes from the roof
2) The addition of a velux rooflight towards the rear (eastern) elevation
3) Omit the 2 No. approved flank wall windows to the southern elevation
4) The approved plans indicated a double door and single door to the western elevation. The amendments would involve omitting the single door and adding 2 No. windows to the side of the double doors.
5) It was also noted by Staff that the northern flank wall window was originally indicated incorrectly on the approved drawings (not in accordance with the floorplans). The changes also involve indicating the flank wall window in the correct location which is now in accordance with the approved floor plans. |
