1.	The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: 1. To reposition the ground floor flank windows (on the eastern side of the extension) slightly more towards the rear of the dwelling (approx. 0.4m). 2. Alter the design and arrangement of the fenestration features upon the rear elevation of the dwelling in line with the detail shown upon drawing number D9201/PA/02 Rev.H.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above and as illustrated on drawing number D9201/PA/02 Rev.H and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P2042.17.
