| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and do not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Provision of external fire escape to west elevation (SK070, PL(00)251)
2. Alterations to south elevation to alter appearance of access (SK071, PL(00)250, Materials Schedule May 21)
2. Changes over all elevations to fenestration as indicated ((SK071, PL(00)250, Materials Schedule May 21) |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing nos. SK067, SK068, SK069, SK070, PL(00)250, PL(00)251, PL(00)109 the provision of plant enclosure and associated development is not regarded as non-material in the context of the consented scheme. The proposed layout would increase the footprint considerably over that of the indicative layout which was approved and as such is not regarded as non-material and requires a fresh application for planning permission (or S73 application). |
| 3. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above on the given drawing nos. and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0048.18 |
