The alteration is not regarded, as a non-material minor amendment in this instance, as there may be potential amenity concerns. In addition the position of the roof lights shown on the plans are not in line with the photographs taken of the dwelling as built.
There was also an objection received regarding overlooking from the proposal, therefore the submission of a fresh planning application to fully assess the impact on neighbour amenity is deemed necessary in this case. |
