| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Porch extension will be omitted and front entrance will remain the same. - To alter the width of the previously approved bi-fold doors on the rear elevation of the ground floor rear extension from approximately 4.25m wide to 2.4m wide and the addition of a kitchen window instead facing the garden. |

Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P2231.21. |
