| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
Windows and Curtain Walling - Where the louvre was in the window this has been replaced with glazing
External Doors -some doors are changed to ensure an appropriate security rating is achieved.
Louvres - on the Eastern elevation a louvre has been added
Roof Plant - Ventilation unit ducts are stacked but the plant has been kept to below the level of the parapet.
Cladding - introduce a flashing details at the window head positions.
Rainwater Pipes - some minor changes to the location of some RWP's has been necessary.
The permission hereby granted does not supersede the previously imposed conditions or the legal agreement. In particular the proposed non-material amendment would not supersede the colour, texture and the materials for the fenestration. Further the proposed amendment should not result in any additional noise from the plants.
The non-material amendment should not result in any changes to the energy efficiency of the building |
