| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Removal of the 1100mm railings on parts of the eastern boundary and replacement with a knee railing as shown on the revised boundary treatment plan submitted.
2. Removal of the pedestrian gate on the southern elevation
As shown on Drawings Numbered SBD-001 A and 910_ 00 A and the subsequent email dated 18.10.2023
This amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions or the terms of the legal agreement imposed on the original approved application reference P1581.20. |
