| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1260.21 to allow for changes to the design of the proposed roof represents a material change to the previously approved scheme, which requires planning permission in its own right.
The alteration is not regarded,as a non-material minor amendment in this instance, as the rear extension will increase in height towards the boundary as the roof design has changed, the materials would also change and the resultant appearance of the extension would appear materially different from that originally approved. Therefore the submission of a fresh planning application to assess the impact s and to enable neighbour notification is deemed necessary in this case. |
