| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1412.24 dated 23/12/2024 to allow for amendment to the materials are considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the change would alter the appearance of the development in design terms and its contribution to the wider street scene and the building it would be connected to.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
