1.	The amendments to the approved application P0654.24 listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - To alter drawings so there is no ambiguity in respect to the roof design of the two storey rear extension. Drawing 0-130A has been replaced with drawing 0-130.C with no annotations and is intended to supersede Revision A to avoid any future ambiguity and provides clarity for the developer.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing number 0-130.C which were received on 06/08/24 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0654.24.
