| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P0441.24 dated 22-05-24 to allow for amendment to allow for the roof to have a gable front over the entrance is not acceptable.
Reason:
The amendments sought are considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the change would alter the appearance, scale and bulk of the front elevation development in design terms and its contribution to the wider street scene.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
