| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature, acceptable in its own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment is deemed to be accepted:
* Minor internal revisions do not require consent but may require Building Regulations consent.
* Splitting first floor front window into two individual units.
The proposed alteration to the window on the front elevation of the dwelling would be acceptable as shown on the submitted drawing No. REVO/2362 Revision A. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item as shown on the drawing number REVO/2362 Revision A as described above and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0195.16. |
