| 1. | Normally it is not possible to change the definition of a development through non material amendment. However in this case the planning application was approved on the basis of 9 x 2 bed flats, in accordance to the drawings which had been submitted as a result of the long period of negotiation, albeit, the description had not been updated and hence the decision letter did not reflect the approved scheme.
The amendments to the approved application as described are therefore to regularise the description of the proposed development to accord with the approved drawings and hence there would be no material consideration and the amendment for the description would not require the resubmission of a fresh planning application. |
