| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
· Alter the lower ground floor level from 89.455 to 88.980 to accommodate requirement of deeper structural elements, this is further excavation, and does not alter the height of the buildings at all.
· Omit the louver openings above the classroom eastern doors, alter the ventilation integrated into the benches, additional louver required to the kitchen north of the walled garden,
· addition of a louver above the main entrance door and underground plant space increased to avoid external air source heat pumps by using large integrated internal units.
· Alteration to emergency egress doors to classrooms .
· Alteration to refuse store - this is reorientation of
· Addition of escape door to secondary plant room.
· Moving a window on the kitchen elevation
· Also re-routing drainage (under ground)
