The amendments sought are considered to materially affect the character and scale of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a minor amendment.
In consideration of previous revision sought under Application P0845.18 and in consideration of the effect of the increased eaves height and roof height on the neighbouring dwellings at No.68 and No. 72, the proposed modifications would materially change the impact of the approved rear extension.
Due to this, the proposed modifications do not fall within the requirements of Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and will require planning permission. |
