1.The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Alterations to the roof detailing approved under P1075.18
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawings dated 14 July 2021: 1801-SM-001 'Site Location Plan' 1801-PR-000-AD 'Proposed Site Location Plan' 1801-PR-001-AD 'Proposed Ground Floor Plan' 1801-PR-002-AD 'Proposed Roof Plan' 1801-PR-003-AD 'Proposed East Elevation, West Elevation and South Elevation' 1801-PR-004-AD 'Proposed North Elevation and Section AA' 1801-PR-005-AD 'Proposed Section BB' and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1075.18
