1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - to allow for to allow for removal of garage door, infill in cavity wall and new window to front. Rendered externally to match house and window of same style as house to form a study in place of a store.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing number SAR-04 B which was received on 11/09/24 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1221.23.
