| 1. | The amendment sought is not considered as non materials, because the alterations to the scheme necessitates further assessment with respect to the impact upon the amenities of adjoining occupiers with respect to loss of privacy and potential over looking. Further, it would appear that there are other variations to the scheme in terms of increased in the height of the rear projection and the building itself. All such variations are considered to be materially different from the approved scheme thereby requiring the submission of new application. |
