| 1. | The amendment sought is considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the change would conflict with conditions forming part of planning permission P1625.24 in respect of the use of the building and an assessment would need to be made in terms of a potential self contained annexe / unit separate from the main house.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
