1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: With respect to building 1; 1 Amendments to the car parking layout of Unit IA due to the discovery of an HV cable within the Site. It is therefore proposed to use a sheet piling wall instead of a retaining wall by the UI northern access road; 2 The granite strips between the HGV bays in the service yard have been omitted; 3 Additional pedestrian fire escape doors added for Health and Safety reasons. These will be assimilated within the proposed building facade; 4 The originally approved car park tarmac to the access road will be changed to block paving; 5 Tarmac colour will be changed along the pedestrian access routes from buff to dark grey; 6 The material for the access road to yards is to be changed from tarmac to concrete. This will match the existing concrete previously approved in the service yards; 7 Kerbing and gravel added to the sprinkler areas; 8 The substation positions have been amended and now includes a small gravel compound necessary for access and maintenance. The relocation was necessary due to discovery of the HV cable and the revised location enables the scheme to be constructed with minimal other non-material amendments; 9 White lining at the road junctions has been added; 10 Office orientation changed internally for Unit IA; 1 1 . Parapet level reduced by c.400mm to meet cladding requirements; 12. Port holes in loading doors in lieu of panoramic windows. This is required to meet Part L of the building regulations; 13. Cycle store relocated for Unit IA due to the necessary car parking layout amendments; 14. Dock levellers and level access doors reconfigured; and 15. Roof lights changed in configuration and size due to design development. With respect to building 2 16. The granite strips between the HGV bays in the service yard have been omitted; 17. The tarmac colour will be changed along the pedestrian access routes from buff to dark grey; 18. Kerb and gravel to sprinkler tank areas added; 19. White lining at road junctions has been added; 20. Parking arrangement amended to include additional landscape space between the service yard and car park. The total number of spaces remains as previously approved, 21. . Fire pedestrian escape door location amended on the eastern elevation; 22. Fire pedestrian escape door added to the norther elevation. These will be assimilated within the approved facade; 23. Minor changes to external wall to facilitate feature wall line; 24. Parapet level reduced by c.400mm to meet cladding requirements; 25. Panoramic glazing to level access and dock doors changed to port holes to meet part L of the building regulations; 26. Pedestrian gate added to the footpath of the northern access point; and 27. Roof lights changed in configuration and size due to design development. With respect to building 3 28. Kerb and gravel to sprinkler tank areas added / relocated; 29. Tarmac colour will be changed along the pedestrian access routes from buff to dark grey; 30. Cycle shelters shifted west; 31. . Car parking amendments with the inclusion of a hammer head turning area with white lining, adjacent to the accessible parking bays; 32. Swift tower base added to the west of the unit; 33. The granite strips between the HGV bays in the service yard have been omitted; 34. vertical louvre bladed removed to meet construction requirements; 35. Waste management area and transformer added to the norther eastern corner of the warehouse; 36. Car park layout amended due to the inclusion of the transformer (as set out above) however, car parking numbers remain as approved; 37. Fence line amended to the south west of the office; 38. Fencing included around gatehouse; 39. Panoramic glazing to level access and dock doors changed to port holes to meet part L of the building regulations; 40. Parapet level reduced by c.400mm to meet cladding requirements; 41 Vertical louvre height reduced; 42. Pedestrian fire doors amended / added; 43. Roof lights changed. The permission hereby granted does not supersede the previously imposed conditions.
