The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
- Change in the location of circulation cores and lift access, plant and bin stores cycle and parking layout. Location of new substation, location of new substation, water tank and new plant room and new lightwells in the podium slab.
- Amendment to the hotel back of huse facilities and hotel bedrooms
- Amendment to the layout of curved block to meet the new fire strategy and introduction of secondary escapestair in the tower building, Addition of 1 residential unit.
- External alteration as to create South West facing terraces at Fourteenth and fifteenth floor level and ther removal of oversailing canopy from the tower and curved elevation. Replacement to glazed balcony screens with metal to meet fire regulation.
