1.The amendments to the approved condition listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right, and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. Previously approved wording: The development hereby approved shall not commence until a surface water drainage strategy for the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. All planning applications relating to major development - developments of 10 dwellings or more; or equivalent non-residential or mixed development - must use Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) for the management of surface water runoff, unless demonstrated to be inappropriate. The new wording of condition 27 will read as follows: Except for demolition works, the development hereby approved shall not commence until a surface water drainage strategy for the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. All planning applications relating to major development - developments of 10 dwellings or more; or equivalent non-residential or mixed development - must use Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) for the management of surface water runoff, unless demonstrated to be inappropriate.
2.Please note that the permission hereby granted relates solely to condition 27 of the approved planning ref: P1301.19, granted 10th February 2021 only and to no other conditions or the already signed legal agreement dated 10th February 2021.
