| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment is deemed to be accepted:
- Amendment to allow for a revised Energy Statement to amend the wording of condition 13 to:
The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Energy Strategy and within 3 months (or other such period agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority) of the final completion of the development a post construction assessment shall be undertaken demonstrating compliance with the approved Energy Statement prepared by Elmstead Energy Assessments & Building Services, dated 23-10-2025 which thereafter shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval .
Reason: To ensure the delivery of a sustainable development in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and policies GG65, SI 2 of The London Plan (2021).
Furthermore, this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1697.24. |
