1.The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Amendment to allow for a revised Energy Statement to amend the wording of condition 13 to: The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Energy Strategy and within 3 months (or other such period agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority) of the final completion of the development a post construction assessment shall be undertaken demonstrating compliance with the approved Energy Statement prepared by Elmstead Energy Assessments & Building Services, dated 23-10-2025 which thereafter shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval . Reason: To ensure the delivery of a sustainable development in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and policies GG65, SI 2 of The London Plan (2021). Furthermore, this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1697.24.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing number and documents -NCC-CLA-B1-ZZ-DR-A-1000 Rev. P3 -Energy Statement prepared by Elmstead Energy Assessments & Building Services, dated 23-10-2025 -Supporting Statement, dated November 2025 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings
