1.	The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and does not require resubmission of a fresh planning application or changes to conditions. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: 1. Change the roof over the ground floor rear extension from a pitched roof to a flat roof with minor alterations to fenestration for planning permission P1840.17. 2. Change to window sizes for the rear dormer windows and one of the rear first floor windows.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above on the given drawing nos. and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1840.17.
