| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment is deemed to be accepted:
- Installation of a new essential GRP enclosure to securely house critical electrical meters and the main switchboard entrance.
- Description: Variation and non-compliance with condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission P0755.21 dated 27/05/2022 to allow for internal and external alterations (Erection of 2/3 storey care home for the frail elderly (Class C2 Use) with ancillary and communal accommodation, together with associated landscaping, access arrangements, car and cycle parking, servicing, refuse and recycling). |
