| 1. | The amendments to the approved application P1697.22 listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Alterations to change window and door layout and design on the rear elevation of previously approved single storey rear extension to allow for the rear door to be changed from a single door and window to double doors. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 001 & 002 which were received on 15/12/23 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1697.22. |
