| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Setting the proposed dwelling nearest to No. 5 Mavis Grove further off the flank boundary.
2. Reducing the overall width of the proposed dwellings.
The changes are indicated on Drawing No's. MG:7:JAWS:2A, MG:7:JAWS:3A, MG:7:JAWS:4A, MG:7:JAWS:5A (received 28 October 2011)

The applicant is advised that these amendments relate solely to the items as shown on the above drawing numbers and as described above and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings.
