The amendments sought cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the change proposed is an increased width of the extension to 2m from the common boundary with a spayed section to increase the bedroom size and the introduction of a feature window to the front elevation; an assessment needs to be made on the impact on amenity to neighbouring properties and the impact on the street / garden scene.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
