| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
- An alteration to the dividing garden boundary between the two new houses.
- The removal of the integral garages in both houses and the replacement with habitable rooms.
- An internal reconfiguration of the house on Plot 2 to provide total of four-bedrooms (previously five-bedrooms) and repositioning of side dormer window.
