1.	The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: - An alteration to the dividing garden boundary between the two new houses. - The removal of the integral garages in both houses and the replacement with habitable rooms. - An internal reconfiguration of the house on Plot 2 to provide total of four-bedrooms (previously five-bedrooms) and repositioning of side dormer window. .
2.	The applicant is advised that this approval relates solely to the amendments described above and shown on the approved drawings. This approval does not allow for any other deviation from the details and drawings approved as part of application reference: P1156.13 and does not in any way alter or remove any conditions previously imposed.
