1.	The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and does not require resubmission of a fresh planning application or changes to conditions. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: 1. Changes to the fenestration including windows, doors and ventilation louvres for planning permission P1698.18. 2. Addition of plant on the roof of the building, including flues, which has already been accepted through a discharge of conditions application (reference no. Q0226.20) for Condition 5 of P1698.18, with a full discharge given.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above on the given drawing nos. and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1698.18.
