1.	The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Alteration to wording of Condition 1 of P1009.24 dated 31 July 2024 (APP/B5480/W/24/3355208) to include Mrs Chen so that it reads "The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr and Mrs Chen. When the premises cease to be carried on by Mr and Mrs Chen the use hereby permitted shall cease".
2.	The permission hereby granted does not supersede the previously imposed conditions and particulars approved under ref: P1009.24 or the details subsequently approved through approval of details reserved through condition.
