| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment of Condition 5 of application P1211 is changed to:
There shall be no car parking within the front boundary of the site at any time; and prior to first occupation, the existing vehicular access to the front of House A shall be removed by raising the dropped kerb and reinstating the footway to the specification required by the Councils Highways Department.
Reason: To minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway Local Plan policies 23 and 24 and London Plan policies T2 and T4). |
