1.The amendment to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and would not constitute a material change to the appearance of the dwelling. The proposed changes are deemed acceptable: The introduction of Bi-folding gate to replace sliding gate 8no. EV bays shown to comply with planning condition (50%). Bin store relocated to aid circulation. Pedestrian / cycle route line marking removed within rear car park Ã?¢?? this will be a shared access Line marking and protection introduced in service yard / customer parking area to meet standards and operator requirements. Introduction of new external door next to rear roller shutter door. PV panels relocated to south-east to allow for a safe means of roof access. Minor pitch change to north-east and south-west to allow for steels to intersect efficiently. Introduction of downpipes. Flat Roof Opening Access Hatch Introduction of new external doors to south-east and north-east elevations Repositioning of smoke vents in south-east and north-west elevations. Introduction of downpipes. A fresh planning application is not required.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above as shown on the drawings hereby approved. This amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1766.23 dated 28/06/2024.
