| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below and indicated on drawing A102/04B received on 17th October 2014 is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Removal of the door to the south flank facing no.161 and the alteration to the bathroom window and bedroom window. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item as shown on the above drawing number and as described above and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0262.14. |
