| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the following plans; 01A, 02A, 01B, 02B and 04.
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 2. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Relocation of the door from centre to the side, associated alteration and alteration to front garden layout. |
| 3. | The applicant's attention is drawn in particular to conditions approved in respect of the planning permission (Ref; P1248.16) Failure to comply with the conditions may well result in enforcement proceedings being taken. The permission hereby granted does not supersede the previously imposed conditions. |
