| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
- relocation of two disabled parking bays from front to rear of site
- creation of parking/unloading area at front of site,
- movement of cycle parking to new location at front of site,
- re-arrangement of parking and loading/unloading area at rear of site,
- removal of motorcycle parking bays,
- alteration to internal layout of ground floor,
- use of first floor for offices and storage,
- amendment to layout of office space of second floor,
- use of third floor for offices,
- amendment to design of entrances to east elevation, and creation of new entrance on ground floor south elevation.
The permission hereby granted does not supersede the previously imposed conditions. |
