| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - to alter the previously approved fenestration on the rear elevation of the ground floor extension, by removing the previously approved window and increasing the width of the bifold doors and replace the two rooflights with one centrally located rooflight. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 71276-01 3500 Rev B, 71276-01 3100 Rev B, 71276-01 3101 Rev B, 71276-01 3200 Rev B, 71276-01 3201 Rev B and 71276-01 3300 Rev B received on 02-11-22 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1351.21. |
