The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - to allow for a reduction of depth of side extension (single storey side extension) so it no longer projects beyond the rear elevation of the property. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 9LR.5/22-11 & 9LR.5/22-12A on 14-11-22 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1151.22. |
