1.	The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: *Minor amendment to application P0599.16 to: Addition of Solar Wall to units 2,3 & 4 with associated alterations to curtain wall at unit 2. The location of the plant room louvers and rainwater downpipes is now indicated on the elevations and plans. The substation LV and CCTV kiosks layout updated. Cycle parking numbers to unit 1 are increased by 4 cycle parking spaces to 20 total.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items described above and not to any other deviation from the previously approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0599.16.
