| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: 1. Replacing the one horizontal roof light on top of the single storey rear extension and rotating it and providing two parallel roof lights instead which are no higher than the previously approved roof lights as shown on drawings 19054_810 REVISION D, 19054_811 REVISION D, 19054_812 REVISION C & 19054_813 REVISION E. 2. Deletion of flank window in single storey rear extension adjacent to No.73 Curtis Road. 3. Increase in width of doors on rear elevation of the single storey rear extension from approximately 6.45m to 8.2m. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above as described on the application excluding the changes to the windows adjacent to No.47 Curtis Road, Hornchurch and annotated on drawing numbers 19054_810 REVISION D, 19054_811 REVISION D, 19054_812 REVISION C which were received on the 27th January & 19054_813 REVISION E which was received on the 12th February 2021 respectively and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1054.20. |
