| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1823.19 dated 13/02/20 for front walls to be retained on the ground and first floor and alterations involving:
- Ground floor study area on the northern elevation to be set back by 1 metre
- Ground floor garage on the southern elevation to be set back 1.4 metres
- Ground floor rounded walls to the rear made straight
- Extra bedroom added to the first floor
The above changes are material and the addition of a first floor bedroom would increase the scale and bulk therefore represents a material change to the previously approved scheme, which requires planning permission in its own right.
The alteration cannot therefore be regarded as a minor amendment in this instance, and the submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
