| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1623.21 dated 09/11/21 to include a ground floor rear extension and to change the occupancy from the approved 1B2P to a 2B3P dwelling represents a material change to the previously approved scheme, which requires planning permission in its own right.
The amendments sought are considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a minor amendment.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
