1.	The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be acceptable in its own right and will not require re-submission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted as it does not present any material considerations outside of the scope of the earlier consent under reference P1481.20: - Omission of side extension permitted under P1481.20. Roof alterations required to faciliate roof accommodation/with reduction of Flat 5 from 2B4P to 2B3P and resultant appearance of building.
2.	The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 1624/03 Rev E and 1624/04 Rev H.
