| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
- Amendment to hard surfacing materials to ensure they are robust and hard-wearing;
- Partial realignment of access road to compound area to cover gas main for safety reasons;
- Marginal height increase of compound to allow access of soil-grading machinery;
- Addition of a turning head to allow refuse vehicle access to compound area;
- Realignment of footpath through the woodland to the compound area to cover surface water drain and minimise impact on trees; and
- Relocation of cycle store within the car park to meet operational requirements. |
