| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Omitting conversion of garage to a lounge and replacing it with to a garage and new dining room.
2. Retaining 3.No existing bay windows.
3. West side. Proposed garage to be converted into habitable space and extending existing lounge.
4. First floor (west) the two en-suites have been changed to a bedroom and en-suite.
5. Ground floor (west) - design of doors on rear elevation adjacent to The Bowers amended.
6. Changes to design of doors adjacent to No. 2 Brookside to 2 no. patio doors and a window.
7. First floor balcony over main entrance at front of dwelling removed.
8. Windows to previously approved garage conversion adjacent to No.2 Brookside removed.
9. Existing flank window to the lobby at beside the kitchen window to be retained. |
